Chris has successfully managed food safety programs for operations of every size. His experience includes overseeing food safety and compliance for multi-department grocery operations with more than 10 separate food service entities, including bakeries, delis, sushi bars, seafood and meat departments, full-service restaurants, and extensive grocery product storage. He has also worked with large-scale cafeteria settings, self-serve grab-and-go stations, and pre-prepared food cooler systems, ensuring every step of the process meets the highest safety standards.
As a certified SafeServe Manager and SafeServe Proctor, Chris brings a professional, credentialed approach to every project. His ability to scale his expertise to match your needs means you get the same attention to detail and compliance excellence whether you’re a small café just starting out or a complex multi-location operation.
